Delivery Services and Charges

Every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Standard delivery is free when your order exceeds £180 Including vat to mainland UK only. Delivery Services and Charges all Include VAT

Payments Accepted

Ukfloorsonline accept payments in many ways to suit the customer, payment can be made by credit card ,debit card, bank transfer, or Pay pal.

Areas such as Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man etc will incur an extra surcharge, please call us for details. If your order is under £180 Including VAT a delivery charge of £25 inc Vat will be applied.

All flooring deliveries are made to Kerbside where the driver will require help to unload the delivery; there must be an able bodied person or persons to help unload at the delivery address. In some cases if you have ordered flooring and accessories you may receive two separate deliveries on the same day one for flooring one for accessories if this is the case we will inform you when you order is placed. As deliveries can be made in large or small vehicles, it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by this type of transport. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width restrictions please inform us at the time of ordering .Deliveries are made between the hours of 9am to 6pm. Estimated Time of Delivery can be requested on the day of delivery ,but these are at the courier’s discretion. When possible we will advise with approximate delivery lead-times,

NOTE: deliveries cannot be left outside in any circumstances. If the courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there, there will be delivery charge or re-delivery of £40 inc Vat

Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery as no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after the courier has left the delivery address. Please verify the material received is in good condition and that all material has been accounted for. Any damages or missing items must be noted on your delivery receipt. If not noted we are unable to process with any replacement products.

In the unlikely event that some of your goods are damaged we will collect and replace the product as quickly as possible. Any claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Fitting No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking trades for installations until goods have been received.once delivered and accepted. we cannot be held liable for any fitting faults or any installation charges, not carried out by our own fitters.

All orders are based on stock availability; we will contact you after receiving your order to confirm a dispatch date. Dispatch is normally 3 to 10 working days but stock items can be dispatched much sooner. If you are requiring goods quickly, please do not hesitate to call and we will endeavour to meet with your requirements.

Returns and Cancellations

We are Confident that you will be Happy with your new Pergo flooring

But for any reason, you can cancel your order with us up to 7 working days after the day of delivery for a full refund of your products. However all of the Pergo products come from Belgium so will incur a 40% restocking fee including Vat. If you wish to return any goods they must be complete, unused, and in “as new” condition.

If you wish to return your goods within the 7 days you must arrange delivery to us at your own expense. Fully unopened in ‘as new condition’ all returns must have a return order number authorised from our office.
